Dana has been practicing law in Georgia for 26 years, with experience in litigation, mediation, and diverse civil litigation matters. Prior to attending law school at Georgia State University College of Law, she worked as a paralegal. She began her legal career at Russell & Herrera, PC in 1992, where she practiced until 2010, when she founded The Ashford Law Firm LLC.

Attorney Dana Ashford has built her practice on compassion for her clients while vigorously fighting for their rights and the rights of their loved ones regarding all types of probate, estate, and trust cases, including will contests, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, duties and responsibilities of power of attorney agents.
